We're closing in quickly on the end of 2025
There is only a few weeks left on this bonkers year. Time felt like it was collapsing in on itself a lot in the last month with so much happening on top of each other. From the nonstop scream of the news cycle to the never ending drama on social media, everyone has had everything to say about… everything.
The countdown to the [probably heavily redacted] Epstein files is here. Today some grand jury documents were ruled they could be released.
More climate lawsuits are moving forward as big oil lawyers gear up to beg SCOTUS for help (they’ve already been told no twice). Momentum, and precedent is building as more cases head to courts. And it’s making the oil boy nervous, an Exxon lawyer called his climate opposition “absolutely relentless”. Energy I have every intention of rolling into 2026 with me.
We’re seeing some exciting early results for what will certainly be a wild upcoming election cycle. Progressive ideas are gaining a lot of ground quickly across the country. We are far from out of the woods, but we are building a path forward using our own light in the darkness.
