Booking my trip home

I am visiting Sitka next month

It’s official: I am heading home to Sitka in September. Thank you to all the folks in the community here that is making this trip possible. I will be in town for a cultural conference to help my dad. Not sure what all I will be doing but I am going to be ready to participate however I can. I am very excited to see my dad and potentially more family while I am there. It will be quite a homecoming and reconnection for me, as it has been nearly a decade since I was home.

I do promise Sitka content that I am SO excited to share with you all when I get back!

Thank you all for your patience with me the last few weeks as I took breaks and had to zoom out and restrategize a few things for my platform as a whole.

I am nervous about the incoming tiktok ban in January. And what that will mean for my reach for sharing resources and calls to action. It seems the only thing I can do is tell people to find me the other platforms.

You have all supported my newsletter for over a year now. Thank you so much for continuing to learn about Climate action and repatriation with me. Things are looking like they will be getting busy again really quickly. I am also being called to another gathering in September, but I am not sure I will be able to swing the travel for that on top of the trip to Sitka. My life is very much in flux right now.
