A lot is going on.
Last week was chaos. I began the week spending my Indigenous peoples day frantically gathering as much info as I could find on the typhoon in Alaska. The account I want folks to follow for actions and asks is here :
Multiple villages have been declared uninhabitable after the last storm, and the communities have been rushing to evacuate everyone before the next storm hits. I am grateful to see the online community come together to amplify and be the coverage we needed.
We can’t stop being loud about the impact this catastrophe has had on the communities in Alaska, and how preventable so much of the devastation really was. If the local and federal governments had listened about climate change and so many things sooner. If the Trump EPA hadn’t cut the funding. Would these peoples homes and livelihoods have floated down the river?

As for me, I am nose to the grindstone for the last week or so keeping on top of everything, be it updates on Alaska, climate litigation or just stuff in life. Thank you to everyone who has been supporting this journey.
