Updates with me.

I fell behind on my content schedule the last few weeks. Had some personal things stack up on me and my family but we are getting through it!

Today I don’t have any updates on the different topics. A break chose me this week as I admittedly hit burnout. Tax season and closing down the main website had me stressed and emotional on top of my own reactions to the news this month. For those who missed the announcements on the socials: I have decided to shut down the main website as it’s no longer being used enough to justify the cost of running it. I have moved my shop to a new host and I am working on a whole new shoe line as I did also have to make some changes with suppliers as well. All of my information and archives on the various topics are now available for reference on my beacons page which will now serve as the main information hub.

As sad as I am to let the website go, I do know this will mean less work for me in the long run. The way folks consume information is changing and I have to be willing to change to keep up.

TikTok has come through for me and my family more times than I can count now, I am overwhelmed in the best way with all the love and support we have received in the last 12 hours especially. Thank you, for the support and opportunities that have come my way because of all of you.

I aim to go into this summer ready for whatever gets thrown at us. The waves of change are very much here and there’s no going back now. The only way out is through, so let’s find our groove and keep up the momentum.
